Sir, - In reply to Zivko Jaksic (April 9th), I accept that Kosovo was never one of the constituent republics of Yugoslavia but that it enjoyed a similar status to that of the constituent republics of Yugoslavia and was an autonomous province, technically part of Serbia. In 1990, Milosovic swept all of that away and robbed Kosovo of its autonomy which marked the end of the old Yugoslavia. - Yours, etc.,
