Madam, - When participating recently in the superbly organised Border Cycle, my nephew and I enjoyed friendly service, freshly made sandwiches and as much tea as we could drink for £5 sterling in a coffee house in Belleek.
Next day in a new hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon we were treated to plastic wrapped sandwiches and tea for €19. - Yours, etc.,
