A chara, - The announcement by Dublin Corporation to have a continuous off road cycle-way and footpath from Fairview to Sutton is excellent news for all concerned with road safety and avoiding pollution.
This should be a catalyst for all other coastal authorities to do likewise. A safe coastal route for cyclists and pedestrians right around Ireland would avoid steep gradients and yet afford panoramic landscapes.
