Sir, - The Christian Churches in general are opposed to the ordination of gay men. The Catholic Church in particular is opposed to the ordination of women. In light of this situation should not the authorities rethink the term that is used to describe the removal of a priest/minister from public office in the Church? He is described as being "de-frocked"! Is there gender confusion here? - Yours, etc., J. Jordan
