Madam, - Your front-page photograph in yesterday's edition page shows the Minister for Transport, Mr Brennan, "being congratulated" at the emergence of the tunnel-boring machine in Fairview Park. Why is he being congratulated? Did he pay for it? Did he design it? Did he construct it?
