Madam, – Dean Moore (April 19th) writes that Cian Caffrey (April 18th) puts his “head in the sand” and shows “disdain” for the Republic, by taking advantage of an employment opportunity in Australia. Stand-up-and-fight rhetoric may sound gallant in Thomond Park, but he does not offer any real solution.
Mr Moore has his head in the clouds if he thinks the “voiceless generation” should stay stuck-in-the-mud while claiming social welfare in Ireland instead of seeking work, wherever that may be. – Yours, etc,
