A report of the defamation action by former Miss World Rosanna Davison against Ryanair published in yesterday’s edition wrongly reported that Ms Davison had agreed a letter to Ryanair from her solicitors of November 23rd 2008 stated she was seeking “substantial damages” from Ryanair. The letter in fact stated only that she was seeking a “substantial donation” to charity as well as an apology.
