A criminal prosecution against Zoe Developments Ltd for alleged safety breaches at one of its Dublin sites in 1995 has been adjourned. The building company was to go on trial yesterday in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, but Mr Denis Vaughan Buckley SC, defending, said the High Court had granted Zoe leave last week to seek judicial review of the prosecution.

Counsel said the High Court had placed a stay on the trial pending the outcome of the review. Judge Cyril Kelly adjourned the case for mention only on June 15th, 1998.
