A 17-year-old Finglas youth appeared in Dublin District Court yesterday charged with the murder of a woman at Glasnevin last November.
Mr Richard Kearney, Finglas Place, Finglas, was charged by Det Insp John Mulligan with murdering Ms Mary Dillon at Beneavin Road, Glasnevin, on November 25th.
Judge David Anderson was told there would be "several hundred statements" in the book of evidence, and the State required more time to prepare the book. A solicitor, Ms Fiona Brennan, said the bail set
in the High Court was too high for Mr Kearney to obtain. Judge Anderson remanded him in custody to May 24th for a book of evidence.
