The Parades Commission has ruled that a loyalist band cannot parade through the village of Crumlin, Co Antrim, on Saturday. The commission said yesterday if the Crumlin Young Loyalist Flute Band were allowed to go through the village it could damage community relations.

In a separate ruling the Orangemen from the Portadown District have had their application to march down the Garvaghy Road this Sunday denied.
