A woman who was caught at Dublin Airport with £16,000 worth of cannabis herb hidden in a hold-all has been jailed for three years by Judge Dominic Lynch in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Dorcas Mokhonoana (43), from Soweto in South Africa, pleaded guilty to unlawfully importing the cannabis on September 3rd, 1998.
