An Israeli woman was slightly wounded in a roadside bomb attack on a Jewish settlers' bus in the Gaza Strip today, military sources said.

The remote-controlled bomb went off near Netzarim settlement in northern Gaza as the bus, which was almost empty, passed by. Soldiers escorting the vehicle headed for Israel were unhurt, the sources said.

The army sealed off the sector, Palestinian security sources said.

The attack was claimed over loudspeaker by the Ezzedin al-Qassam armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic radical movement Hamas at a protest in Gaza City against Israeli army raids.
