A woman died following a car crash near Oranmore, Co Galway this morning.
The woman, 26, was a passenger in one of two cars involved in the crash on the N18 outside Galway city.
Two men in the car, the driver and another passenger, were taken to University College Hospital Galway (UCHG) where their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The driver of the second car is also being treated at UCHG for minor injuries.

The crash happened at around 7am on the main route at Moneymore, Oranmore, in Co Galway.
The road was sealed off for examination by Garda forensic investigators.
