A South African woman who arrived in Dublin Airport with a 17-month-old baby and cannabis valued at £20,000 has been remanded in custody for sentence next June. Dorcas Mokhonoana (44), from Soweto township, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to unlawfully importing the cannabis last September. Defence counsel Ms Marie Torrens told Judge Dominic Lynch the woman arrived at the airport with her child, who is now in care.
