Martin O'Toole and his guide dog, Barney, led the Westport parade yesterday. Martin is from Murrisk and is a native of Inishturk Island. And there was a cross-Border theme to the parade as Westport's Urban Council chairman, Mr Ollie Gannon, was joined by the deputy Lord Mayor of Limavady, Co Derry, Mr John Kinney, to head the list of dignitaries in the parade.
