Rob Howley and Gareth Thomas will win their 50th Welsh caps in the Six Nations match against Italy in Rome on Saturday after Wales announced an unchanged team.
Coach Graham Henry has picked the same 15 who beat France 43-35 in Paris on March 17th for Wales's final championship match of this season.
"An unchanged team does not indicate any complacency whatsoever," Henry said. "Italy will be tough in Rome. They are improving all the time and went close to beating Scotland at Murrayfield in their last championship match."
Wales have not lost to Italy in their seven previous meetings. Thomas scored a Welsh-record-equalling four tries when Wales won 60-21 in Treviso two years ago. Seven of his 21 tries have come against the Italians.
