The Minister for Justice, Mr O'Donoghue, and the newly appointed refugee applications commissioner, Ms Berenice O'Neill, will be among the speakers at a conference on the human rights of refugees and asylum-seekers in Ireland next week.
The conference, organised by Amnesty International and the Irish Refugee Council, takes place on Tuesday in the University Industry Centre in UCD.
