Two injured in shooting incident

Three men were arrested last night after two men were shot in Bluebell in Dublin last night.

Three men were arrested last night after two men were shot in Bluebell in Dublin last night.

The incident happened at about 11.15pm last night when the two men, one in his mid-40s and the other in his mid-20s, were shot in a house on Huband Road. They were taken to St James’s Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

The house was sealed off for a technical examination.

Shortly afterwards three men, aged 17, 31 and 33, were arrested and are being held at Kevin Street, Kilmainham and Pearse Street garda stations.
