Two men are being questioned by gardaí after drugs with an estimated street value of €315,000 were seized in Co Kildare
Gardaí stopped a van on the M7 close to Kildare town at around 8pm last night.
A search of the vehicle uncovered 3.5kgs of cocaine and 10kgs of cannabis resin worth in the region of €315,000, subject to analysis.
The two men, who are Irish nationals, were arrested at the scene and are being detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at Carlow Garda station.
