The North's First Minister, Mr David Trimble, yesterday accused the Irish Government of "foot-dragging" on promises to investigate claims of Garda collusion in IRA killings. Mr Trimble was speaking at a memorial service for the families of 10 men killed by republicans in the Kingsmills massacre 25 years ago.
