Marked patrol cars will take up position on the roadway controlling traffic and reducing the speed of vehicles significantly below the speed limit.
TRAFFIC DIVERSIONS
Noon-6pm
Traffic diversion will be implemented in co-operation with the Garda by traffic management signs on the N4 eastbound at Junction 7 on the M50 motorway. All eastbound (city) traffic on the N4 and all traffic, with the exception of public transport, intending to travel eastbound (city) from the M50 will be diverted north/south along the M50 to access Dublin city north and south.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES

Most services will operate as normal, though there will be some city-centre disruptions and diversions from today until Friday.
Luas
The Luas green line services will operate normally during the Queen’s visit but there will be changes on the red line today and tomorrow.
Today the red line service will run as normal between Tallaght and Connolly until 1pm, and from then until 5.15pm the service will operate between Tallaght and Blackhorse stops only.
The Abbey Street stop will be closed from 5.30am until 5.15pm today.
Tomorrow the red line service will operate normally from Tallaght to Connolly until 8.25am.
From then until about 4.25pm the service will operate between Tallaght and Blackhorse only.
Luas tickets will be valid on Dublin Bus throughout the periods of service disruption.
