Teenage girl found dead in Cavan house

The body of a 14-year old girl has been found in Cavan town.

A Garda spokesman said the body was found shortly before 4 p.m. in a house in Ard na Gréine.

The scene has been preserved pending the arrival of the State Pathologist.
