Taipei - At least 25 people were killed and six others listed as missing as torrential rains caused by Typhoon Nari sparked the worst floods ever in the greater Taipei area. The victims, residents of Taipei and villages nearby, were either buried by mud-slides which struck their homes overnight or were washed away by floods.
