Sweden's Richard Johnson won his first European tour title today when he captured the ANZ Championship at The Lakes in Sydney.
Four behind at the start of the final round, the 25-year-old took the first prize of Stg£118,676 by two points with a closing five under par 68.
Under the modifield stableford format - two points for birdies, five for eagles - it translated to 11 points and a 72-hole total of 46.
Australians Craig Parry and Scott Laycock tied for second and overnight leader Andre Stolz was fourth.
Two behind Laycock with three holes to play, Johnson holed a 20-foot putt on the 16th and Laycock then bogeyed the long 17th.
Scotland's Stephen Gallacher, joint third with Johnson with a round to go, managed only four points with a one over 74 and slipped to fifth.
