Another man was tonight charged with the murder of a Catholic community worker battered to death by a loyalist mob in Co Derry in May.
The 28-year-old joins another six men who have already been charged with the murder of Kevin McDaid close to his home in the Heights area of Coleraine.
He is due to appear at Ballymena Magistrates Court in the morning, also charged with the attempted
murder of Damien Fleming who was critically injured and left in a coma in the violence - he has since begun to recover.
Mr McDaid, a 49-year-old father of two, was attacked by loyalists who stormed a mainly nationalist estate after Rangers beat Celtic to the Scottish Premier League football title.
Residents of the area have since accused loyalists of trying to intimidate witnesses to the murder and the McDaid family home is among those which have been singled out for attack in recent weeks.
More than two dozen people have been arrested and questioned over the murder and violence that day and the six charged previously charged with murder face a series of other charges as do a further four men.
