The Church of Ireland Dean of Belfast, the Very Rev Jack Shearer, has raised a record-breaking £175,000 for charity in his annual week-long Christmas sit-out outside St Anne's Cathedral. A cheque for £45,000 has already been presented to Christian Aid.
