Sinn Féin's legal challenge to Northern Secretary Mr Peter Mandelson's ruling that the Union flag should fly above government buildings in Northern Ireland on designated days was postponed today.

The judicial review brought by the party's Northern Ireland Assembly Member for Newry and Armagh Mr Conor Murphy was to be heard at the High Court in Belfast.

The case has now been put back until next Friday. PA
