A senior RUC officer accused of sexually harassing a married woman officer has agreed to be interviewed by an English police chief. Assistant Chief Constable, Mr Archie Hays (60), is expected to be interviewed today by the Deputy Chief Constable of Devon and Cornwall Police, Mr Keith Portlock.
The investigation was ordered by the Police Authority after Inspector Rita Tucker (36) lodged a complaint of sexual harassment and discrimination with the industrial tribunal.
