Saddam's Thar Thar City - Iraq has inaugurated a luxurious lakeside resort to mark President Saddam Hussein's 62nd birthday, and named it after him. Vice-President Taha Yassin Ramadan cut the ribbon at the town 130 km north of Baghdad as 28 cows had their throats cut.
