The RUC is treating as suspicious the death of a man believed to be in his fifties in Coleraine, Co Derry.
The man's body was found in a house on Lambeth Way in the town shortly before 9.30 a.m., an RUC spokesman said.
The RUC are still trying to determine the circumstances surrounding the death of the man who lived alone in the town.
His name has not yet been released.
