One lane has opened and one remains closed at Wolfe Tone Quay, delays can be expected in the area.
The N4 is now open to all traffic from the M50 at junction 7 (Lucan/Palmerstown)
The Harold's Cross Road has reopened approaching Grand Canal but there is still flooding and care is advised.
The N81 Dublin/Blessington Rd is closed both ways at Jobstown in Tallaght
Parnell Road on the Grand Canal is closed.
The N11/Stillorgan Road closed at the UCD flyover
The Lower Lucan Road is closed between Lucan Bridge and Tinkers Hill due to flood water.
Saggart Village is impassable.
The Phoenix Park should be avoided. The N3/Navan Road is badly flooded at the Church.
The Wicklow Gap remains closed
Gardaí are advising motorists not to use the Sally Gap
