Motion to be debated likely to mark significant shift in long-standing party policy

Sinn Féin is on the cusp of effectively dropping its outright opposition to the Special Criminal Court (SCC).

The party is due to debate a motion put forward by the leadership on the proposal at its Ard Fheis on Saturday.
