A pillion passenger was killed when he fell off a motorcycle in Limerick city centre at 2.30 a.m. yesterday. He was named as Mr Gerard Earls (28), single, Lilac Court, Keyes Park, South Hill.
Gardai said it appeared that the motorcyclist did not stop at the scene. A man is helping them with their inquiries.
