A 31 year old Co Offaly man, who was allegedly found with a substantial amount of heroin at Naas last Sunday, appeared on remand at Bray District Court yesterday.
Mr Martin Murray of Crumlin Little, Duncairn, Birr was charged with having in his possession diamorphine at Quinnsboro, Naas, on October 6th, for the purpose of selling or otherwise supplying.
He was remanded on his own bail of £500 and an independent surety of £10,000 to Naas District Court on October 23rd.
