Munster maintained the Irish provinces 100 per cent start to the Celtic League campaign by claiming the impressive scalp of Llanelli at Stradey Park this evening.
With Leinster, Ulster and Connacht all recording wins last night it was left to Alan Gaffney’s men to cap a fine weekend for Irish rugby.
However, a formidable Llanelli outfit stood in their way but a Ronan O’Gara inspired performance toppled the Welshmen in their own backyard to give last year’s beaten finalists the perfect start to this year’s campaign.
