At Kilmainham District Court yesterday a Dublin mother of three who was remanded in custody after breaching bail conditions was freed.
Mrs Sharon Kelly (28) had spent the past week in Mountjoy jail after a row with a neighbour.
Judge William Hamill remanded Mrs Kelly, of Golden Lane, in the Liberties, on bail. He also requested a probation report for a further court appearance on July 23rd. She was instructed not to enter the home of her neighbour, Ms Theresa Kehoe, Golden Lane, not to contact Ms Kehoe and to sign on at Kevin Street Garda station on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
