news agency said.
If found guilty, she faces up to three years in prison.
Prosecutors allege Mr Milosevic's daughter fired her gun when government officials came to take him to prison to face corruption charges, ending a 26-hour siege at his Belgrade villa.
She later told the media she was "distraught about her father being taken away" and that she had consumed a full bottle of cognac on an empty stomach before firing the shots.
Though she had the proper permits for the gun she used, she was also charged with carrying a second, unlicensed revolver.
