A memorial to the French Protestant refugees who came to Ireland in the 1690s is to be unveiled at 4 p.m. on Saturday at the Huguenot Cemetery, Merrion Row, Dublin. The memorial takes the form of three stone tablets which carry the 240 surnames of those Huguenots known to be buried in the cemetery. The unveiling will be performed by Counsellor Thierry Terrier, of the French embassy.
