The managing director of a Dublin financial company accused of sexually assaulting a neighbour's daughter was served with a book of evidence yesterday.
The 41-year-old father of five faces 13 charges of sexual assault and two of indecent assault of the girl from 1988, when she was 12, to 1992.
The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded on independent bail of £5,000 to appear again on January 14th for submissions on the book.
