The Dublin Green MEP, Ms Patricia McKenna, said yesterday she stands by her demand for an investigation into the building of an office complex for MEPs in Brussels at an estimated £1 billion.
Ms McKenna has been challenged by Mr Mark Killilea (FF, Connacht Ulster) and Mr Pat Cox (Independent, Munster). Mr Cox said yesterday that in one media report Ms McKenna had made allegations which, if true, amounted to serious criminal offences.
