A man (23) has been remanded in custody this morning following a court appearance over a fatal assault that happened on Eden Quay on the evening of May 27th.
Mr Ian Stanbridge, with an address at Bannela Drive in Tallaght, appeared before the Dublin District Court charged with the assault on Mr James Kavanagh (36) from Malahide .
He was refused bail after Gardaí objected and was remanded in custody to Clover Hill prison to appear again at the District Court next Friday.
