A man has been killed in collision between two cars outside Wicklow town early this morning.
The incident occurred on the Arklow side of the N11 at around 7 a.m.
The dead man was a passenger in one of the cars. The two drivers, a man and a woman, were taken to Loughlinstown hospital.
In the North, one person died in a single vehicle accident on the A2 Bangor to Belfast road this morning. The road was closed for a time, but has now re-opened.
