A male pedestrian was killed in a road accident in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath, at about 3.45 a.m. today.
The man (25) is understood to have been struck by a car in the Grotown area.
He was taken to Our Lady's Hospital in Navan. The driver of the car was not injured in the incident.
