A 23 year old man facing drug dealing charges was remanded in custody to appear again at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court this morning. Yesterday, Det Garda Peter Oates said Mr Luigi Felloni was arrested on Monday on foot of a bench warrant issued by the court last week.
Mr Felloni, of Dominick Street, Dublin, faces a charge of possessing heroin for sale or supply in September 1995 and a second charge of possessing £300 worth of the drug for sale or supply at his home on January 11th, 1996.
