Main points in revised Labour Court recommendation

All teachers involved in the dispute should ensure all school programmes are completed this year

All teachers involved in the dispute should ensure all school programmes are completed this year. Any teacher who is certified by their school as having contributed to completing the programme will be paid £1,750.

The Government accepts the court's finding that teachers have a "sustainable case" for a pay ride. It will not dispute this finding at the benchmarking body.

The secretariat of this body will include an expert nominated by the teacher unions.

Teachers should be able to draw up to £350 annually from a new technology fund to buy computers and software.
