Mr William O'Neill (25), of no fixed abode but originally from Garryowen, Co Limerick, was yesterday charged with the murder of Mr Sean Colbert (53), a part-time musician, of Lenihan Avenue, Prospect, outside his home at Prospect on August 9th, 1996.

Sgt Denis Treacy, Roxboro station, gave evidence of arresting the defendant, who, when charged said: "Nothing to say". Insp Seamus Gallagher made an application for a remand in custody to September 12th.
