Krups workers in Limerick met yesterday to consider an improved redundancy package from the French parent company Moulinex.

Krups workers in Limerick met yesterday to consider an improved redundancy package from the French parent company Moulinex.

It is understood the new deal proposes four weeks' pay for each year of service up to a maximum of 21/4 years plus statutory redundancy and two months' pay on leaving. The unions have recommended the package and the 500 employees will now vote on it. Their decision is expected next week.
