ATHENS - Jews in Greece yesterday accused the writer and Greek ambassador to Unesco, Mr Vassilis Vassilikos, of antisemitism following publication of an article he wrote in a national newspaper.
Mr Nissim Mais, president of the central Jewish council, said Mr Vassilikos, author of the book Z from which a Costas Gavras film was made, "has the right to be antisemitic and to proclaim it, but not to change facts".
