Jackson hands over in Kosovo

Pristina - Lieut-Gen Sir Mike Jackson is leaving Kosovo four months after NATO moved into the territory. Gen Jackson will hand over to Gen Klaus Reinhardt of Germany at a ceremony in Pristina today.
