JERUSALEM Israel's boisterous parliament is full of hot air and that's official. Environment Ministry inspectors, responding to deputies' complaints about feeling ill in the Knesset, found pretty high concentrations of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is the gas people exhale while breathing or speaking.
